SZARVASKÚT-VARALJA TOURINFORM
Welcome to the tourist website of Szarvaskút-Váralja and its surroundings!
Our city is one of the smallest cities in Hungary, but it has more sights and interesting things for visitors. This small town is located about 40 kilometers from Budapest in Fejér county, near Bicske, in the neighborhood of Bobófalva. One of its main attractions is the Szarvaskúti Castle on Várhegy, built in 1141 and still preserved in its full splendor. The forest next to it is an excellent hiking destination, but on warm days bathing in the lake is not the last thing. The cultural life of the city is also surprisingly lively: in addition to the annual Christmas market and the summer Tour de Bobófalva bicycle races, e.g. Szarvaskút-Váralja and Bobófalva organized the large-scale Jubi 10 Festival in 2017.

The new tourinform office in Szarvaskút opened its doors on July 17, 2024! In addition to meeting and information points, the building will also function as an event space and cafe!
The final event of the 10th Tour de Bobófalva bicycle race will be held in the building, as well as cultural evenings, film screenings, and concerts. The café will probably open on the occasion of the Tour de Bobófalva competition with the complete construction of the economic entrance.
